Sunville Cottage

Sunville Cottage is a picture perfect country home. Sleeps 8 (4 DOUBLE BEDS) We have completed an extensive renovation of the property and is finished to an exceptional standard. The exterior of the house resembles the traditional whitewashed look while the interior is bright and modern. All bedrooms have own bathroom and the open plan kitchen/living area is comfortable and bright. Spectacular views of surrounding countryside.

Sunville Cottage is just 500m from Ardpatrick village where there is a fully-licensed cafe open 7 days including late opening at weekends (5 days during winter months). Sunville cottage is 3km to the Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trail head, the starting point for over 100kms of action packed mountain bike trails. Bike hire is available from the trail head. The Ballyhoura region is also very popular with hill walkers. . The villages and towns of Kilfinane, Kilmallock, Kildorerry are nearby (less than 10 minutes), with larger towns such as Charleville or Mitchelstown within 20 minutes drive. Shops and services are available in all of these. Limerick city is 44kms drive and Cork city is 60kms (Approx. 1 hour in opposite directions)

Guests will have the entire house to themselves for the duration of their stay. This includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen/dining/living area. There is outdoor seating, a gas barbecue, and a lockable garage suitable for storage of bicycles etc. There is ample space around the house for a number of cars. Inside there is a utility where guests will have use of a washing machine and dryer. Hair dryer, clothes iron, ironing board all provided. There is a fully functional kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. There is an extendable dining table and a seating area with television. There is a chrome cast available for guests to cast to the TV from their own devices. Both upstairs bedrooms are en-suite and the downstairs bedroom is beside the downstairs bathroom, therefore each bedroom has its own bathroom.

We would like to you to relax and enjoy your stay without interruption. Check- in is self service, and the only time you will meet us is if we are returning laundry etc., but to make your stay as enjoyable as possible Ciara and I will be available at all times for anything that you need assistance with.

Sunville Cottage is in a rural area, with very limited public transport. You will need a car/your own transport for your visit to Sunville Cottage.
